10 minute walk from Humber bay shores which has gorgeous trails by the lake and great restaurants. 10-15 minute walk to Mimico Go station which is just a 15 minute ride to Union station. Also close proximity to the 501 Queen streetcar and 66 Bus to Old Mill subway station.

Room comes furnished with a desk and a brand new Queen bed. Ideally we would like someone to fill the room for the entirety of the duration but feel free to reach out if you're only looking for a sublet for part of the time and we may be able to figure something out!
