I live in a large 3 bed, 2 bath house and I'm looking for someone to rent out the lower portion of the house. The house has all updated appliances, two large living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), a large deck and a huge backyard. There is a two car garage, driveway and street parking. There are two bedrooms available downstairs, one has a closet and the other does not and would make a great office or workout space. The downstairs living room is very large and has a fireplace and a washer dryer area along with the wet bar. The downstairs has direct access to the garage, it is a split level home. I have 2 cats and the landlord is open to allowing a dog.
