I'm an LGBT+ friendly female (I'm also LGBT+) looking for a roommate. My last one wasn't respectful of my boundaries so she chose to go a different direction. Currently, she is paying her half of the rent despite not living here, but the lease ends in December. I'm looking for a new roommate to take over her portion of the lease and also resign it so it lasts until the end of 2021.

I'm very much an introvert, so I spend most of my time either at work or in my room.

As for cleaning, I like to keep things tidy but I'm not a neat freak by any means. I tend to be a bit loud sometimes in my room when I'm gaming, but I'm definitely able to keep quiet when I need to. I do prefer a more quiet living space, but I always have earplugs if a roomie prefers it loud.

I'm very flexible when it comes to roommates. As long as we respect each other and follow each other's boundaries, I'm cool. Communication, trust, honesty, and openness are all very important to me.
