Single father living and working in California. I travel to Castle Rock every other weekend to visit my 4 children. I'll be selling my home and would like to move into a larger shared house with a roommate. I'll be spending most of my time in California, but will be at the shared home with my kids every other weekend, as well as holidays. Ideally would like someone in a similar situation, or just a single person to rent out the master bedroom.
