Hello! My Name is Devin, I'm currently looking for a roommate for my arbors apartment, as my roommate is not renewing the lease. I would prefer not to move, but am happy to do so if its still a reasonable distance near my work. I have a job that varies when I need to be there, so I may be awake at different hours depending on the day. I don't drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs. But I am fine with you doing so, as long as any smoking is done outside or through a window. I keep to myself, so I often don't have company over. I do need music to sleep, but outside of that, I think of myself as fairly quiet during hours that most would be asleep. I'm not a neat freak- but I do prefer to keep at least the shared areas clean.
