Hello! My Name is Devin, I'm currently looking for a roommate for my arbors apartment, as my roommate is not renewing the lease. I would prefer not to move, but am happy to do so if its still a reasonable distance near my work. I have a job that varies when I need to be there, so I may be awake at different hours depending on the day. I don't drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs. But I am fine with you doing so, as long as any smoking is done outside or through a window. I keep to myself, so I often don't have company over. I do need music to sleep, but outside of that, I think of myself as fairly quiet during hours that most would be asleep. I'm not a neat freak- but I do prefer to keep at least the shared areas clean. I usually clean about once a week, and I do it all in one go. Please reach out, I would love to hear from you!!

The Arbors has AC, a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer in unit, walk in closets for each bedroom, and water included. We will have to pay for wifi, and electricity, usually every 3 months or so. The bedrooms are fairly large, able to fit a queens or even a kings size bed with little issue.
