Well-lit room for rent in a shared house with big, beautiful kitchen, open living space, and fenced backyard (you'd share a BA with one other roommate, although it's likely I'll get another one installed soon)!

This spot offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and community, making it an ideal place to call home. Located near several parks, lakes, and just a half mile from a grocery store, you'll have access to all the amenities you need. Green Mountain is just a 2-mile walk/run/ride or 5 minute drive away. Close proximity to Denver and Golden (both within a 15-minute drive).

Lease terms are flexible, with a preference for a 6-12 month lease at the price listed, although shorter terms are negotiable. As part of the application process, a background check and proof of income are required, along with 2+ references. Utilities are negotiable (likely split or $100~ flat fee), depending on lease length and internet/cable coverage preferences/needs.

You'd have one roommate upstairs (F, age 31 with a dog) and another in the basement, although she has her own living space, just crossing paths entering/exiting through the back door. We are active professionals dedicated to maintaining a collaborative, communicative living environment. We prioritize cleanliness in shared spaces while respecting your personal space as a tenant. We travel often and primarily work from the home office upstairs, ensuring a peaceful, quiet living environment.

While this is a pet-friendly unit for either a dogs or cat, we'd make sure your furry friend gets along with my golden doodle or stays in the lower level and/or yard, depending on their dynamic. Security deposit and pet deposit (if you have one) are required.
