Two rooms available in Inner Sunset near GG Park

Hello!
I have TWO comfy rooms in a spacious house Outer Sunset. We're about a 7 minute walk from the N line, 10 minutes from the park, and close to 19th if you need to commute. Street parking in the neighborhood is actually sane; I've never had to walk more than a block to get home. It's a very safe neighborhood, too.
The first room is about 11'x13', gets pleasant sun, and has a sizable closet. The second is very sunny and breezy and has a balcony access, but the layout is a little trickier to fit furniture into.
We're looking for somebody who needs a place starting in October with a 1 year lease. The entire flat is $4200, which we'll split three ways. Utilities are usually around at $150/person on top of that.
