About Me

I am looking for one roommate to start a 12 month lease in November or December to replace my current roommate who is moving out. The location of the apartment is in Torrance. The apartment is quiet and is located on the top floor of the building. The open bedroom is the master bedroom that will include your own private bathroom. Each room in the apartment has its own wall mount air conditioner. I already have a sectional that is less than a year old and new furniture in the living room. The apartment is very laid back and quiet in a very safe area in the city. No crazy parties or loudness as most of the people living here are working professionals. The amenities include on-site laundry, a jacuzzi, and a pool. The location is minutes away from Del Amo Fashion Center, South Bay Galleria, Chick-fil-A Ralphs, and Target.

Ultimately, I am looking for a roommate that is professional, near, has a stable income, and a non-smoker. I typically go into the office but on Fridays when I work, I will be working from home. I already have electricity and 1 GB Internet in my name. I would like to split all expenses evenly related to the apartment evenly. As California Law dictates, I would like you to be added on the lease alongside me. If we are compatible and you would like to become my roommate, you will need to submit a $40 application fee to the leasing office.

I work as an IT Project Manager for a living. I am a very easy-going person. I have been at this apartment complex for 7 years and truly enjoy the management and staff. I enjoy playing video games, hiking, checking out new movies, and discovering new music. I am very involved with my community and enjoy volunteering when I have the time.
