I'm very clean and ask for the same in a roommate. The room is very furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, tv and ac. You are more than welcome to bring your own stuff of course. This is pet friendly apartment. 420 smoking is allowed please do not smoke cigarettes in the apartment. It's a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. A street away from a beautiful park and children's museum, 30 min walk from prospect park and brooklyn botanic garden. 5 min walk to the 3/2 train and 10 to the C train, with many bus options around as well.
