Looking for a roommate!!

Sadly, my roommate has decided to leave our apartment to be closer to work, so I have a room (featured below) available starting August 1st.

The apartment is a 2bd/1ba on East 92nd Street in between 1st and 2nd Ave. The rent will be $1750 per month + utilities, internet, and security deposit.
BONUS!!! We have a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher.

The apartment is super close to the trains, major bus routes, and a block away from many grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants.

A little bit about me:
My name is Lex, I’m 22 currently working as an Executive Assistant in Soho. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I will be WFH some days throughout the week. I love brunching, cooking, and am really laid back. I also love going for walks by the water (4 blocks away) in the evening to destress with friends! I am super social, but can also use some alone time as well.

This apartment is on the smaller side so I just want to preface that we will definitely be close with each other. I am also a very clean person, so please keep that in mind as well! If you think our personalities would mesh and are interested in more info please message me!!
