We are in the Highland neighborhood off of Guadalupe and Airport Blvd, central to everything:
-restaurants
-bars
-coffee
-bus lines
-commuter rail
-ACC Highland
-shopping
-downtown
-UT, North Loop, and Hyde Park, I35, 183 and Mopac

ROOMMATE CRITERIA
-emotionally and financially stable
-quiet, low drama, and independent (introverts welcome)
-respects privacy, quiet time, and sleeping habits
-open-minded, tolerant, nonjudgmental (well, we are judgmental about Trump)
-likes or tolerates dogs
-has transportation or rides the bus (ie: doesn’t ask roommates for rides)
-has own phone and or other personal entertainment devices
-has full-time employment outside of the home (working from home during shutdowns is fine)
-wears a mask and practices social distancing when outside of the home
-doesn’t plan to have many visitors and doesn’t mind entertaining visitors outside
-doesn’t have a significant other that will spend excessive time at our house (we can discuss)
-doesn’t mind smoking cigarettes or 420 outside only
-is not a drug addict or alcoholic

-I currently have one big dog, and we are not accepting any more pets at this time.

In light of the pandemic, the compatibility of our social distancing practices is an important factor. We have not been having guests visit the house, other than outside, due to the pandemic, and I would like to continue this policy, with possible exceptions, until the virus situation is more under control. Furthermore, even though I want to find someone as soon as possible, I am not going to parade potential roommates through here on a daily basis.

If you are interested, I will send you some questions to answer, along with an mp4 virtual walk through of the house that I filmed.

Then, if you are still interested, we can meet via Zoom prior to your coming to do an actual walk through, should be both decide that we are a good match.
