Recently moved to LA for a hiatus from school and everything on the east coast. I have a service dog named Stanley who is a loving Golden Retriever. Going to be taking classes online. Looking for roommate just to live with and have someone out here to hang with. I sail competitively, and will be out and about during the day.
Am looking at apartments/homes near/ on the beach. Probably Santa Monica walking distance to the metro. Will have parking space available.
I also will have a cleaner coming at least two times a week so it wont get messy. Looking for one or two roommates right now. Probably one and just have spare room as den.
Basically, would like roommate to pay for parking and minimum fees. Not too concerned about money side.
