I’m a 29-year-old working professional looking for a room to rent closer to where I work in NYC. As far as lifestyle goes, I’m generally easy going and respectful. I like to explore the city/be social on the weekends, but can be more low key and/or busy during the work week. I don’t have pets, but would be open to sharing the space with yours if you do.
