Looking for a roommate starting November 1. This is a two bedroom apartment 1 floor walk up with a private patio. I have been living in this house for two years now. It’s conveniently located in Midtown 36th street between 5th and Madison ave. There are plenty of bars around including Gingerman, Peter Dillons, Midtown Pub and Bar 5th & Mad right downstairs.

Location - N/R and F/D subway is 3-4 mins walk on 35th and Broadway. This is 25 mins walk to NYU or N/R train which can take you to NYU within 10 mins. There is an NYSC right on the corner.
