PAYMENT:
$850/month for rent and utilities, payable on the 1st of each month by cash. I will write you a receipt and make a copy for my records. An upfront refundable down deposit of $850 is required prior to move in date to cover potential damages and/or unpaid rent/utilities. Along with the down deposit a $50 non-refundable application for a background and credit check is required. Background and credit check may be waived dependent upon supporting documentation proving low criminal and credit risk.
