Hello!

Originally from Los Angeles (Westside and Malibu), I’ve lived in the San Diego area for many years — and now I’d like to move back to my hometown. My long, longtime friends live in LA, and so does my adult and independent daughter. I visit LA so much now that my monthly gasoline bill is getting absurd. It’s time to relocate.

In San Diego, I had a larger place, and I’ve had a few roommates over the years. So, I have a pretty good idea of what works for me. As for myself, I am clean, quiet, reasonable, reliable and respectful of my roommates’ possessions and wishes. I only occasionally work from home (in my bedroom as a writer). I keep pretty much to myself. But if I run into someone in the kitchen, I am cordial and look on it as a bonus, a social opportunity.

I have a boyfriend that I have known for 20 years! ( He has his own place). I can vouch for him. I don’t entertain at home when I am sharing a living space.
