I have a 10 x 10 bedroom available w/ a shared bathroom in this large, 2100 sq ft home in Irving, TX. We have a private backyard, central AC, dishwasher, wifi, laundry room, walk in pantry for food storage, etc. Good street parking. Utilities - water, sewage, trash pick up, and Wi-Fi are all included in rent! Electric overage will be split 3 ways between tenants when it exceeds $150/per month.
