Two Best Friends looking for a chill roomie!!

Hiiii!!! My best friend and I are looking for a roomie to take over our other friend's room and own bathroom! The room does not have a window so must be ok with that! We are super chill, enjoy to party and very friendly! We have a cute outdoor space in our front which we share with the building and also a private backyard with a grill! We absolutely love the neighborhood and space (which is why we refuse to move!!!)! Must be ok with drinking, having friends over and be 420 friendly.
