Cozy Room available in nice BedStuy Apt. for Immediate Move-In

There is one room left in our 3bd apt. available for immediate move in. Two of my roommies are moving out, and I am looking for one more nice people to move in! The building was recently renovated, which includes new appliances and furnishing. The building also, has central air(which I did not realize was a game changer, until experiencing it - I have lived here three years). There is a small laundry facility in the basement of the building(accessed from the outside)

Room Info:
2nd Room - $900(Immediate Move-In)
Size: 11' x 12' / Tall closet with additional shelves for storage.
Another cozy room with a lot of light from three windows and fire escape access.
The view outside the room faces large trees which gives the feeling of being in the forest. There is considerable bird singing heard also. You'll forget that you are in NYC.

Living Space
Nice kitchen area and counter space for food preparation and eating. There is a small seating area, where we often met to hang and chat. There is a dishwasher, which we have used as extra storage space - we assume it works since everything is new, but we have never tried it.

Bathroom
One "cozy" bathroom with storage space. Shower and full tub!

About me:
I am 37, a teacher, NYU Grad student, and musician - guitar, cello, piano, trumpet(I do practice these in the apt, but seldom the trumpet or piano). I bike everywhere, and spend any extra time I have exploring. Feel free to reach out for further info if interested.
