Beautiful apartment in the heart of Glendale AUGUST-OCTOBER

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Glendale, CA, only a 10 minute walk away from the Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria. The apartment has a large living room, fully furnished, as well as a dining room and a modernized kitchen.

The room will be available from early August (I'm flexible! Somewhere around the 1st-10th) to October 31st.

In your room, you will get your own bathroom (!!) and a very large room with a beautiful view and huge window. The cost is $1,300 a month ($2,600 for the whole apartment, each roommate pays half), plus amenities which usually cost about an extra $200 every other month.

My roommate will be living here until the lease is up with you. He is literally your dream roommate, not joking. He is very respectful, kind, and clean and organized! I am NOT saying any of this to make him seem appealing, its just genuinely true. Love you Lyndon!!

All of the furniture room will be sold at half the price I bought it for. Everything is available besides the electronic equipment and instruments obviously haha. If you are not willing to buy the furniture/have your own, I will sell it on Facebook marketplace instead. Let me know if you have questions about the furniture!
