Hi! I’m Luke (24), and I’m looking for a roommate to take my second bedroom in Washington Heights! The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, and small book shelf. Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent price, and laundry is in the building. A small park is directly across the street, which we have a great view of from the living room. I’m fairly social and have friends over occasionally, but overall prefer a chill house (no crazy parties etc). I do not recommend if allergic to cats! I value communication and cleanliness at home, and enjoy quiet time to myself as well. If you think you may be a good fit, I’d love to connect! Move-in is flexible, but the room is available almost immediately.
