Hi! I'm a young artist and clean person who would love to be apart of your home. First things first, I am financially secure, so rent won't be a problem at all. Also, I am a musician who makes music from my computer and YouTube videos as well. (I always keep the noise to a minimum.) I work almost all the time so I won't be home unless it's mornings or nights. But on my free time I tend to work out, and stay as clean as possible.

Food wise, I have my own fridge so we wont have any confusion or problems. Friend wise, I would like to invite one or two people at a time and they will know how to properly act within the home.
