Ideally I'm looking for someone who has a similar 9-6 schedule and doesn't bring the party home, and enjoys having a nice, clean home. Non smoker and no pets.
I'm originally from the U.K. and work in midtown as a producer. I'm usually out of the house from 9-7pm and spend the weekend in Jersey now and again so you'd have the apartment to yourself sometimes too. Ideally I'm looking for someone to commit to a 12 month lease but an open to 6 months as it's important to me to find the right fit.

The apartment is super spacious with lots of light, AC, breakfast bar, and tons of storage. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed and additional furniture. You'd also have your own bathroom and two huge closets.
