Hello! My name is Jason, I’m looking for a long term sub-let or to join in on a lease. I’m hoping to move in around early January. Looking for somewhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn but I’m open to anywhere relatively close to a train station with a budget of about $1800/mon. I’m a queer person working in scenic carpentry. I am very laid back and love a balance of staying in and going out. I don’t have any pets but I’m definitely open to somewhere that has some. I’m lgbtq+ friendly and 420 friendly as well!
