Room for rent in a cozy one-story home in a great neighborhood in Leander off of Crystal Falls and Hwy 183. Private bathroom as well as access to the living room, kitchen, dining room and amazing screened back porch. I've got free WiFi, Direct TV, and a large yard. Room size is about 10x10 ft with a good sized closet.
Many amenities near by like Grocery store HEB Plus, Kohl's, Lowe's and many restaurants. My home is just 2 miles from the Metro Rail train to downtown Austin, and MetroRail has the new Pickup by Metro to get you to the rail station.
Rent is $740, a month and includes the propane cost, plus half of the utilizes that run around $80 a month, give or take depending on the month
Security deposit is $700 and is refundable upon move-out after satisfactory walk-through inspection. Extra deposit for pets.
Small dogs are okay, but no cats as that I have a dog so you must be okay with her.
No smokers
No drugs or alcohol
Male or female roommate is alright.
Background check, and 3 references needed including last 3 years of residences. Copy of photo ID required.
About me: I just turned 52, work and am going back to school full time at UT. Since I am a student and study often when not at school, I am looking for a quiet, respectable roommate. I also like to watch TV to relax. I love reality shows like Amazing Race and Big Brother. I also enjoy the Chicago shows on NBC Wednesday nights. I am working on losing weight so I walk as much as I can and try to eat healthy.
