My roommate is moving overseas so I’m looking for a new roommate to begin a new lease on October 1st. 3 bedroom two bath home off 6th & Perry. About 2.5 miles from Sloans Lake, ample grocery stores, shopping, and close to Belmar. Public transit within a mile (Perry Station)and close to bus routes. Fenced in backyard and above ground pool. 10-15 min drive to downtown Denver. Dog friendly (could accept one more dog) but dog must be cat and other dog friendly. LGBTQIA and 420 friendly (requires smoking outside). We have great neighbors and live on a pretty quiet street. Ample parking in driveway (partially covered) as well as street parking. Washer & Dryer, a/c & central air, internet, your own bathroom. Large garage we use for storage.
