This is a large bedroom in a great park of Brooklyn. The bedroom easily fits a Queen size bed, bedside table, desk, and dressers. The apartment itself has 3 living rooms, a dishwasher, and a balcony. The space has old school detailed walls and sits on a charming street in Prospect Lefferts Garden. The neighborhood is filled with Caribbean food, up and coming restaurants, and cafes. It has a little something for everyone. We are a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and near many bars of Crown Heights.

One of our roommates is leaving the city for graduate school, so we are searching for a third roommate. We are two women in our mid to late twenties, who are kind, responsible and clean. We like to relax at home and keep things rather peaceful. My other roommate is an amazing baker -there will be cookies. We'd like to find someone who is friendly, likes to share a beer here and there, and is a mean hand with the swifter.
