Looking to cut the commute; need some place to sleep/shower Mon-Thur nights. I'll be going home one weekends. No need for pools, spas, tennis courts, kitchen, living room, etc. Just basic quarters. I will not be using your kitchen, no tv/gaming so the electric bill should not move up.
