Hello. I am a easy going guy looking for a responsible person to rent out part of the patio home I am currently leasing. I have no pets. If you must have a pet the landlord requested a 450 dollar non refundable pet deposit, there is no monthly pet rent. Required to join lease agreement. Agreements are bi-monthly. Cleaning deposit required. I enjoy reading, movies, music of all kinds. I. Very clean and would respectfully expect the same from someone sharing the same spaces as myself. I work a lot but I do enjoy my weekends too.

Looking for a respectful, responsible individual to share a place and pay half of the rent and utilities. Credit check from landlord possibly, that requires a fee of $32-$40 Rent will be $795 and utilities like electric and water are not included. There will be a cleaning/security deposit of $795. A pet is ok but requires a $450 dollar non refundable deposit with no monthly pet rent. Pet will have to behave and be trained to do it's business outside and not inside at all. A little box or cage is required for animals other than dogs and is subject to approval of landlord.
