I live in a two-story townhouse. I'm offering up the master suite, complete with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony. It will be unfurnished (although I've left the furniture in the photos as a reference.)
You'll have full access to the furnished living room and kitchen, as well as plenty of space in my empty two-car garage.
It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, mostly families, but with a pretty wide range of ages. I'm about twenty minutes, walking, from downtown, and about twenty minutes from the LoBo trail.
