Private Room with Private Bath in Los Feliz

Hello!

Looking to bring someone in to rent out my guest bedroom and bathroom. The room is available now so the move-in date is flexible if you’re really eager but October 1st would be ideal.

The location is spectacular. We are right on the border of Los Feliz and Silver Lake, walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Gelson’s, John Marshall HS, Hyperion Social and Griffith Park. We are also in the orbit of Kaiser Children’s Hospital so this might be ideal for a medical professional/resident.

The room is unfurnished, but arrangements can be made if someone just needs the room for 6 months or fewer. There’s lots of storage space throughout the apt as well.

The bathroom is not en suite but will only be used by you and guests on the rare occasion. There’s a balcony which overlooks a courtyard area with chairs and umbrellas. There’s also laundry and a small gym space right below us.

Rent is $1200 and utilities average ~$100/month . $1,600 security deposit. $2,800 total prior to move-in.

There is no available parking spot unfortunately, but it’s a very sleepy street at the base of Franklin Hills and I’ve never had a problem finding free street parking.

Male preferred. 30s-40s age range preferred but flexible. No couples. No pets.
