Hello! My name is Ryan and I am very interested in the space you have for rent. I am a filmmaker and I also own an acting school in Los Angeles that has been closed since March. I will be in Las Vegas for the next year or so teaching a class here.

My income is steady and I am very quiet and clean when at home. I don't ever cook and mostly would stick to my room. I also won't really be having anybody over. I'm renting a room to save some money compared to the Air B and B I've been in for 3 months.
