Hi! I’m about to apply to a place that’s a 5 min walk from exchange place (PATH + ferry) in NJ meaning a super quick 10 min total commute to the WTC/lower Manhattan! Would love to apply with someone. Ideally looking for a woman in her 20s who is social, positive, and clean :) move in is ASAP

The place I have is about ~2.6k per person. It’s a luxury high rise apartment, with a ton of amenities! The unit itself has a w/d, central AC, full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwaved etc.). It’s a 2bd/2b, so you’d get your own bathroom, and there’s good space for a living room. The bedrooms themselves are spacious too. Windows are floor to ceiling with a gorgeous view of the water + Manhattan. The building itself has a pool, hot tub, lounge, gym, yoga center, 24/7 doorman, and more. DM me if you think we would be a good fit and you want to see pictures/a floor plan!

I’ll be working in investment banking mostly in-office, so I’ll likely be coming home later. I’m a respectful and easy person to get along with, and am both very open to making a best friend out of a roommate or just splitting the rent. I’m a communicative and direct person who likes living in a clean space :) I enjoy having friends and family over to hang out occasionally, but don’t want to live in a party house where the door is always open.

I love talking about anything and everything, and am especially interested in history, art, and traveling. I enjoy reading, going to museums, trying new restaurants, checking out speakeasies, baking, and listening to music.
