Hi! I'm a 30 year old professional working hybrid. My wife is a 27 year old professional who works mostly 9-5. We're generally pretty quiet, although we like to spend our weekends socializing and getting out of the house. We have guests over to hang out occasionally, maybe twice a month. We also have a 9 month old French Bulldog - he still has some bursts of puppy energy but he's pretty chill for the most part.

About you:
We're looking for is also pretty quiet, clean, and friendly. We'd love to find a roommate who would be down to hang out with us on some weekends and have a drink with us in the evenings. In the sake of transparency, we're looking for someone whose political ideologies swing left. Our lease ends in August, so we're looking to do a 3-month trial run with you, and then add you to the 12-month renewed lease in August. Ideally, our new roommate has stable employment (we don't care where). There's no hard move-in date, just sometime mid-June to early July.

Hi! Due to changes in our professional lives, my wife and I no longer have a use for our second bedroom and are interested in renting it out.

About the room:
The room is 11'9" x 13'8". It it currently furnished as an office, but we will be removing the furniture before roommate moves in. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom directly next to the room. The bathroom would be yours entirely, as we have our own ensuite.

About the apartment:
Our apartment is a first floor 2/2 with a small, fenced-in yard. Our complex is equidistant to I35 and Mopac, about 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Pflugerville, 7 minutes to Tech Ridge. The shared spaces are all entirely furnished. There is a washer/dryer in the shared space.
