I'm looking for a cool roommate to share my two-bedroom (2-story), 1700 sq ft. town home, located in a gated community in Sherman Oaks. You must be a responsible professional, with regular income, who's willing to share in housekeeping tasks. If you're a great cook, then that's a huge bonus! I'd prefer a "non-smoker" (420-friendly is fine). I have a Lab mix dog that I share with my ex (part-time) and she's sweet.
You'll have your own bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a big closet, plus private bathroom. The unit is off-street and walking distance to the Sherman Oaks Mall, Trader Joe's, Ross, etc. It's a great residential neighborhood and so peaceful. The complex has a pool, Jacuzzi and Paddle Ball court.
Rent is $1450 per month, plus shared costs for utilities. Parking and high speed Internet is included. Six-month (minimum) lease. Security deposit required. References and credit check a must.
