Room Available Near Washington Ave - Private Bathroom, Walk-in Closet

I (28F) live in a townhouse with my roommate (26F) right off of Washington Ave. We have a 3 bdrm/3.5 bathroom place and are looking for another roommate for the 3rd room. The room is the "middle" sized bedroom and has a walk-in closet. Rent is $1100/mo. + utilities (water/electric/gas/internet).

We also have a cleaning person come every 2 weeks (included in rent).

We currently have the room set up with a full/double size bed, chair, lamp, and nightstand so you could rent it furnished or unfurnished works too.

There's resident permit street parking reserved on our street or we could discuss a bit higher rent for garage parking. I have a black lab named Chance, so please be dog friendly.
