We have an opening to sign the lease in our East Village Stuytown apartment, for a move in in May or earlier. Three-bedroom with ample storage and views of the Empire State Building!
On the floor plan, the middle bedroom will go for $2240 and the small bedroom is $2100. Total rent is $7053.75 and square footage is about 932. Water and gas/electric are included in rent. Stuytown is a great community with trees and green space.
I am an architect in my 30s and I graduated from Columbia University GSAPP. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, hiking, art, photography, and music. I moved here from Virginia and Ihave lived with many roommates in the past. Roommates are welcome to use all of my kitchen silverware and cooking pots.
