We're good friends from grad school and like to spend our time watching shows, playing games, and entertaining. We're both pretty easy-going and light-spirited, laughing and poking fun ~70-80% of the time. We both like to cook (nothing crazy) and eat at new places around the city. We both love design, especially architecture and furniture, and enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking, running, tennis, and basketball. We both have a hybrid work schedule, so we work from home about 2-3 days/week.

Our spacious apartment in East Williamsburg has high ceilings, an incredible amount of natural light (seriously, we're spoiled), and a smattering of plant friends. The apartment itself is a top-floor duplex in a 4-story building. It has 3 huge bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My current roommate and I take the top floor with our bedrooms and a shared bathroom, and are looking for a third roommate to fill our downstairs bedroom with their own bathroom. In total, the apartment has 3 balconies (one in the available room) and a large rooftop with a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The living area is spacious, comfortable, and fully-furnished, and the kitchen has ample counter/cabinet space and a dishwasher. We're also conveniently located within short walking distance of the J, M, G, and L trains and a nearby CitiBike station. Looking for an October 1st move-in.
