The room can be furnished with a queen bed and dresser or left unfurnished—your choice. It’s near a shared bathroom used by one other tenant. Each roommate has their own private bedroom. You’ll also have a large pantry shelf, designated kitchen cupboards, and access to two full-size refrigerators/freezers, making it easy to store and prep meals.
Rent is $1000/month, all utilities included—gas, water, sewer, garbage, and extremely fast internet. Flexible lease terms available; ideally looking for someone planning to stay 6–12 months.
