Hi! I’m Megan, 47, and I work for a nonprofit arts organization in NYC. My building was sold and all tenants have to move out, so I’m looking for a room in Brooklyn starting November or December, for six months to a year or longer.

I work a hybrid schedule. I’m in the office two days a week, and on other days I sometimes work from home, and other times I head to the library, a cafe, or a gallery.

At home I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I value open, kind communication. I’m vegetarian, don’t smoke or drink, and have no pets, though I love animals and am happy to live with a cat or dog. Outside of work I love riding my bike, visiting galleries, and I’m currently taking tarot card lessons.

I’m looking for a calm home with roommates who are friendly but respect each other’s space. I have references from my last two landlords and my current housemate.
