Room available in quiet SE Portland neighborhood

My housemate moved in with her partner, so I've got an empty bedroom available. The rent is $650/month including all utilities. Why so cheap? Because the bedroom isn't huge and it's next to the kitchen. But the neighborhood (Eastmoreland) is very quiet and safe.

About your space: Main floor bedroom, 13'x8', unfurnished, with closet and large windows facing the backyard. Your own separate dressing room, 9'x6', with lots of natural light, built-in wooden drawers, and more closet space — however, because it's only accessible via the bathroom, it can't really be used as an office.

About the house: Two stories, 2.5BR/1BA, built in 1920; I've lived here for several years. The bathroom is big, with a vanity that includes plenty of drawers. The shared kitchen, living room, and dining room are already furnished. There's a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen. The basement and outdoor shed are available for storage. Private fenced backyard with raspberries, fruit trees, and concrete patio.

About you: I prefer having a female housemate who's a professional with a reliable income source, and who likes a quiet home environment. (Ideally you don't work remotely full-time, because I work at home and it's nice to have some space!) No smoking or vaping, indoors or out.

About me: Omnivorous, politically liberal, outdoorsy; I work from an upstairs home office (and sometimes from the living room sofa). I try to keep the house relatively clutter-free.

Animals: I asked my cat, and she doesn't want any additional four-legged roommates. (Sorry, pet owners.)
