I'm a 37-year-old former teacher, now educational sales representative. I also do some theatre on the side. I have an adorable, very chill doodle named Piper. It would be great if my next roommate would be open to feeding her and taking her out very occasionally. I'm super social, but don't often have guests over. I keep the shared spaces tidy and I value honest, open communication. My roommates have always been kind, friendly, and respectful! :)

I have a 2000 sq ft condo in SE Denver. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom. Our shared space is fully furnished and very cozy, if I do say so myself! My dog Piper is a sweetheart and a total cuddlebug. She's a doodle, so usually not a problem for people with allergies.
