Jordan A - $900/month

I'm a 35 year old man with a 15 year old daughter and 2 dogs. I'm currently unemployed due to chronic injuries, however I have a monthly income from the VA due to my disability rating. We have 2 available bedrooms, a small room and the master bedroom. We would prefer to rent out the master bedroom. Our 2 dogs are Australian blue healers and 9 years old, they are very sweet and non-aggressive. My daughter is very responsible and mature, she goes to a nearby high school and is very well behaved. We would like to find someone who is mature, doesn't bring in any problems, is chill, and respectful.
