We're looking for a roommate!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate for our lovely apartment building. Our current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend which means we have a vacancy. You will be getting the biggest bedroom which sports an impressive and beautiful view of the lake (check it out in the pictures!) It is on the other side of the apartment from our room so there's some privacy for you!
The shared areas include a large, brightly lit living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms (which come in handy more often than you'd think!)
In the surrounding neighbourhood, there are tons of great restaurants and access to several close-by grocery stores.
It is TTC accessible! The 501 runs all day and gets you to the subway quite easily, or you can ride it one way to downtown and back. It stops right outside of the apartment.
There is on-sight laundry and parking available.

Utilities are included!
We're hoping to have you move in by the 1st of July!
