Listing is for the master bedroom available 7/23/26, likely possible to move in earlier and sublease. Month to month on the lease (co-tenant with me). Older townhome in a quiet area about 6 min from downtown. Second floor unit above the carport (minimum neighbors). Privately owned, property management is hands-off. No frills, not luxury or new amenities, but all functional. Roughly 1000sq ft with carpeted living room, kitchen with electric appliances, two rooms, 1 bath, and a balcony. Photos are of a different unit in the complex to get an idea of the area, rooms, and kitchen. Very similar set up as the photos. Additional info: Designated carport and parking lot with spacious parking, no laundry in unit, shared laundry downstairs for $1.50 a load. Utilities: water included, Pg&E and internet separate.
