Spacious bedroom (11ft x 13ft) with attached personal bathroom (with bathtub). Large sliding glass door leads to a personal balcony. Spacious closet. Living room and kitchen are shared with one other roommate.

ROOM CAN COME FULLY FURNISHED UPON REQUEST (full-size bed w/bed frame, large desk/swivel chair & additional shelving, for no extra cost).

Roommate is a 51 year old woman looking for someone kind, respectful, mature and COVID-conscious. She would prefer to find someone who wants to stay for more than just a year or two. She has lived here for 17 years, hence how the rent is so affordable.

She has a small 3-legged chihuahua who is quiet as a mouse, but no other pets are permitted.

420 friendly household, but cigarettes on balcony only.

The neighborhood is very nice. Walking distance to Ralphs supermarket and NoHo Arts District. Metro is only a 15 minute walk away, many bus lines a couple blocks away. Ample street parking.

Utilities not included (water/power is bi-monthly usually averaging about $100, Internet is ~$40/month)

FYI, there is construction happening next door, however I work from home and it's not too terrible. They usually finish by 3pm.
