I am working on a few things that are gaining traction so I spend hours in silence but noise doesn't bother me. I enjoy exercising so I walk to Indiana most days and exercise near the river. I like to read, cook, and work by phone. Depending on my work schedule, I may need to spend much of my time away from home. I am easy going. I don't curse and don't like confusion. Searching for the best possible situation in a new city

1 bedroom apartment. Renting the bedroom or living room that has new, unspent on futon. Renter chooses the room. I cook and clean my place so I am not seeking a cleaner or cook, but a woman who is willing to split the rent. I am new to the city and have no guests. Whomever rents is not required to do the same.
