Beautiful fully-loaded large apartment in Washington Heights

$1,000/month includes all utilities except electric (included utilities: water, gas, internet, cable/live tv, entertainment subscriptions)
Deposit is $1,000 + $500 Furniture Deposit ($1,500 total - this is returned in full as long as no damages are evident at end of stay)

The place is on a quiet, well-lit and maintained street (managed by Columbia University). Super close to bars / restaurants / grocery stores (Tuesdays there is a Farmers market at the end of our street). The apartment is less than a block to the 168st station (A,C and 1 Train). Beautifully maintained: polished floors, updated fixtures / appliances (including dishwasher), Loads of closet space, Laundry in building (ground level), spacious rooms.
Kitchen is fully-loaded with all dishes/glassware, small appliances (instapot, deluxe coffee maker, cast iron cookware, toaster oven)
Common areas are also pretty dope; 50-inch smart TV (including Netflix, Hulu, HBO, cable/live TV, and xbox), Lightweight Dyson vacuum, blow-up mattresses for guests, brand new Lazyboy reclining sofa (not an ugly one)

We are able to do month to month, with a 3 month minimum stay

The roommates would be myself and my bf, two mid/late twenties males who are very easy going and clean.
We have guests come stay every month or so and enjoy entertaining on the weekends.
Typical 9-5 jobs so we are more low-key during the week.

We also have one small 15lbs dog (Jack Russell mix) who gets along with everyone. (see if you can spot him in the pictures!)
