Hey guys! I am looking for a female roomie in the downtown/midtown area within the next few weeks. My budget for my portion is no more than $1,000. I am 26 years old, chill/low key and I mostly keep to myself especially during the week as I work full-time and classes are starting back for summer. I definitely am down to hang on the weekends or when I’m free though! I don’t smoke and am an occasional drinker. Wouldn’t have friends over much either but I don’t mind if you do as long as everyone is being respectful. I am super clean especially in the common areas and very considerate.
