I’m looking for a female roommate to share a cute and very bright 2-bedroom unit in the Humewood-Cedarvale neighbourhood (Bathurst & St. Clair). This is a roommate search, you will be added to the month-to-month lease.

Building: sweet little low-rise on Raglan Ave.
Rent: $877.22; Hydro: $20-25; Internet: $25

Bathurst & St. Clair W is an amazing location! The neighbourhood is quieter than downtown, but still lively. It’s a 5-minute walk to St. Clair W Station, and a 25-minute walk down Bathurst to the Annex. St. Clair has some of the best bakeries, restaurants, and ice cream shops, plus we’re also less than 10 minutes to staples like Loblaws, LCBO, Shoppers, Dollarama, Wine Rack, etc. Hidden gem: Cedarvale Park and ravine/walking trails also just 10 mins away!

Required docs: First and last month’s rent, references, etc. The building manager will be requesting you fill out a pretty standard application package.
